If you experience a problem with your Kudos product, please contact your nearest Kudos Authorised Retailer or Distributor.

Kudos retailers and distributors are carefully trained and can help or advise you in setup, service and repair. They will work with us to restore your product to full performance as soon as possible. If necessary they will arrange the return of your Kudos product to us for service.

Only in exceptional circumstances Kudos will accept a product directly from a customer.
